You have hit income cap so you need to begin making a level 4 army

Begin to train level 4's (Ukilia's) and Armor them as you go to balance your morale. You need 3 unit types.

Otherwise you're doing well.

Keep base units at 10,500 so you're not wasting your armor.

p.s your best armory piece is the level 2 weapon- I suggest buying a few to increase your WA.
