January 6: Costly Attack
Lafe suffered his first attack in 48 hours. Ogyshrec of V Cosa Nostra decided to test Lafe’s strength. Ogyshrec launched 9 1AP hits on the army of Lafe. Lafe’s mighty Troll army defeated the attackers 5 out of the 9 times they attacked. Although Lafe lost 18 valiant Trolls they killed 19 of the attackers and only lost 16.4K of Gold.

It cost Ogyshrec 380 of his power to attack Lafe, it will cost Ogyshrec 21.2K in Gold to recover his losses, and he only got 16.4K of Gold. Over all this was a victory for Lafe’s mighty Troll army, they gave better than they received! Ogyshrec would be wise to not attack Lafe again. True to Lafe’s vindictive nature he vows to make the weak of V Cosa Nostra pay for this insult. Lafe will look for Gold to take from V Cost Nostra before checking the rest of the realm.

Addendum:Ogyshrec only lost 38 in power, but the rest of the math is correct. Ogyshrec did not gain from his attack on Lafe!

January 7: Holding My Own
Lafe rises from a deep and restful sleep to find his army was attacked early this morn. Lafe checks the report to see how much damage was done and who dared to attack him!

Lafe feels honored that the most powerful Warlord in the realm, 2PacBiggie, noticed that Lafe was holding over 200K of Gold and decided to have a crack at Lafe. Lafe’s army was able to defeat their attackers once out of the 6 1AP attacks. It seems that due to the losses Lafe’s army has dealing 2PacBiggie’s army, they retreated. 2PacBiggie lost 10 units and only got 22K of Gold. Lafe is sure 2PacBiggie decided there are much easier targets out there and broke off the attack.

Lafe is encouraged by his armies performance, but Lafe realizes he needs more defense, and vows to upgrade the Grand Cavern soon so that even the top warlords find Lafe an undesirable target even when sitting on high Gold.
